SRIKANDI: A Dynamic Integrated Archive Information System
SRIKANDI is a free Android-based archive management system developed by Direktorat Layanan APTIKA - Kominfo. It is an implementation of the Presidential Regulation Noon SPBE, which aims to achieve synergy between the government and the public in the national archives management, particularly in the development of digital correspondence and dynamic archiving processes.
The application offers a range of services that facilitate the creation and sending of outgoing letters, receiving and scheduling incoming letters, and disposing of them. Users can also verify drafts, sign them electronically, and assign them a number before sending. Furthermore, Srikandi enables users to archive incoming and outgoing letters according to applicable regulations, including classification, filing, transfer, destruction, and delivery.
